Confirm Your Complimentary Attendance
Please select your own name from the authorised list and complete the eligibility declaration before continuing. The form will not allow progression until both required verification fields have been completed.
Important: Registration is personal and cannot be completed on behalf of another individual. If your name is not shown in the authorised list, please do not continue through this pathway. Contact the ESBS office for assistance.
Accurate Attendance Planning
This is a structured practical educational course rather than an open conference. Attendance must therefore be planned accurately to protect the learning experience of registered candidates and visiting faculty.
Please select only the day or days you genuinely expect to attend. The minimum attendance is one complete core morning teaching programme from 08:30 to 12:30. Afternoon programme and live-transmission attendance can be selected separately in the registration form.
If your plans change after registration, please inform the course team as early as possible so that seating, educational materials and hospitality arrangements can be updated.
Professional Courtesy and the Learning Environment
We greatly value the experience and professional contribution of ESBS founders and committee colleagues. To preserve focused learning for all candidates and faculty, everyone attending is kindly requested to support the orderly delivery of the approved programme.
- Please arrive before the start of the teaching programme.
- Please keep mobile telephones on silent and take calls outside the teaching room.
- Please avoid side conversations and unnecessary movement during lectures, discussions and live transmissions.
- Please allow the session chair and course faculty to manage questions and discussion within the allocated time.
- Please follow all instructions concerning clinical governance, patient confidentiality and live operative transmission.
- Please do not photograph, record or distribute patient-related or clinical material without explicit authorisation.
Supporting the Society’s Educational Work
Founders and committee colleagues are warmly invited to support the course by sharing approved ESBS information through appropriate professional, regional and social-media networks.
This support helps the Society extend access to high-quality education and maintain the course’s growing national and international standing.
Only official ESBS materials and confirmed information should be circulated. Support for promotion is greatly appreciated, but it is not a condition of complimentary attendance.
